Suka2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the suka2 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the suka2 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you legally and bindingly agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the suka2 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and suka2 as the platform operator. This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. suka2 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
Your continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. suka2 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. Accounts registered using false information or on behalf of a third party will be suspended immediately without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. suka2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Prohibition on Multiple Accounts
Each individual, IP address, device, or household is permitted only one account. Detection of multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances debited in accordance with suka2's policies.
Identity Verification
Suka2 may require identity verification documents such as MyKad, passport, or supporting financial documents before processing withdrawals or verifying your account. This is standard industry practice to ensure the safety of all users.
User Responsibilities & Rules
All suka2 platform users must comply with the rules set out and are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. Use of this platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial use or unlawful activities.
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate the system or games
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage
- Sending offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through the platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to suka2's systems or databases
- Using your account for money laundering or transferring funds on behalf of a third party
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through fraudulent means
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without warning, and without a refund of any funds involved in the relevant activity.
MYR Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the suka2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include local online banking, digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and other payment options listed on the platform.
Deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the user's own name. suka2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed. In cases of suspicious transactions, suka2 reserves the right to place a hold on processing and request additional verification from the user. Daily or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated through the platform.
Any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers are solely the user's responsibility. suka2 does not cover transfer costs or third-party processing fees.

Liability Limits & Account Policies
Suka2's Limitation of Liability
Suka2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform. This includes loss of anticipated profits, business interruption, or data loss. In all circumstances, suka2's maximum liability is limited to the amount of active deposits in the user's account at the time of the incident.
The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Closure
Suka2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activity. In cases of justified suspension, the account balance may be held pending completion of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any valid account balance will be transferred to the registered bank account within the stipulated timeframe upon completion of the verification process.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the suka2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of suka2 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without written authorisation from suka2.
Using suka2's brand name, logo, or visual identity for personal or commercial purposes without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
The suka2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. suka2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to those sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the suka2 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
